Amanda Alonefti
Amanda Alonefti joined the Legal Team in August 2019 and is based in Cyprus. She is a seasoned lawyer with experience in commercial, corporate, contract and data protection laws with a background both in private practice and in-house roles in Cyprus and the UK. Since joining servers.com more than 6 years ago, Amanda has played a pivotal role in major strategic initiatives, including contributing to the successful acquisition of the servers.com business by CloudOne Digital in 2023. She supports cross-regional operations by advising on complex legal, contractual and compliance matters and supports global operations through contract negotiation, risk management, policy development, and cross-border legal strategy and enabling strategic business growth through sound legal frameworks.
Emily Babalas
Emily Babalas joined the Legal Team as Deputy General Counsel in September 2025 and is based in the US. She brings over 20+ years of experience advising public and private companies and private equity investors. Emily previously served as an Associate Director at Arrowstreet Capital, where she advised on firmwide legal and regulatory matters, and as a Managing Director at Wellington Management Company, where she advised on equity and debt investments in private companies across sectors. Emily also served as a deputy general counsel with responsibilities such as corporate governance and transactional support. Her background spans regulatory compliance, corporate finance and business growth initiatives.
Sheila Flaherty
Sheila Flaherty joined as Chief Legal Officer in July 2025 and is based in the US. She leads all global legal matters as well as corporate security and compliance. She brings extensive experience advising high-growth public and private companies through transformation and expansion. Sheila previously served as Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Alert Logic and as EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Demandware, where she played a key role in the company’s successful IPO. Her background spans IPO readiness, M&A, SaaS, data privacy, and cybersecurity—making her a strategic partner as we grow our platform and expand our customer and partner ecosystems.
