How we operate

We run the company through our Impact90 process – a model built on 90-day sprints aligned to clearly defined Blueprints, and managed in monthly Performance War Rooms. This cadence keeps teams focused on what matters most and helps every individual see exactly how their daily work moves the needle for the whole organization.
