We’re thrilled to announce our first First Team Town Hall, hosted by CEO Bob Lyons, on Thursday, November 13! This is a fantastic opportunity for all CloudOne Digital team members to come together, hear company updates, and engage in open conversation about our strategy and priorities.

Session Details

Session #1: First Team Town Hall Meeting
Date: Thursday, November 13
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM EST

Session #2: First Team Town Hall Meeting
Date: Thursday, November 13
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST

If you can’t attend the morning session, don’t worry, Session #2 will cover the same content. You only need to attend one session. Separate calendar invitations will include the link and details for each session.

For headcount purposes, please RSVP “Yes” to the calendar invitation for the session you plan to attend.

How to Join

The Town Hall will be hosted via Microsoft Teams. Teams is accessible to all employees and will not require a Microsoft license or app download. You can join directly from your browser using the link in your calendar invite.

To ensure a smooth and engaging experience for everyone:

  • Use the chat feature respectfully, modeling our Impact Behaviors (Core Values).

  • After the meeting, you’ll receive a short feedback survey. Your input will help us improve future sessions.
