Happy New Year! We’re excited about our new benefit offerings for 2026. We’ve partnered with new carriers to bring you enhanced coverage and improved service, and we want to make sure you have everything you need to get started.

Your Health and Dental Insurance – Now with Cigna

Starting January 1, 2026, your health insurance is now through Cigna! Getting started is easy:

  • Visit www.mycigna.com or download the myCigna app
  • Click “Register Now” and use your Social Security number to create your account
  • Once you’re in, you can access your digital ID card, search for doctors and specialists, and explore all your plan benefits 
  • You can request a physical card in the myCigna app. 

Life Insurance and Disability Coverage – Now with Mutual of Omaha

Your Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), Voluntary Term Life (VTL)/AD&D, Accident Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance coverage are now through Mutual of Omaha. You can find information regarding these plans on the Resources page on Spark.

HSA and FSA – Continuing with HealthEquity

Great news! We’re continuing our existing partnership with HealthEquity for Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts! If you already have an account, everything stays the same. If you’re new to HealthEquity, you can create your account by visiting www.myhealthequity.com and using your Social Security number to register. 

Card Information:

  • If you already have an account, you can continue to use your existing card. A new card will be mailed to you soon.
  • If you’re new to HealthEquity, a card will be mailed to you in the coming days.

New York Disability & Paid Family Leave

If you’re based in New York, your Disability and Paid Family Leave coverage is now through Mutual of Omaha, administered by Maxon. If you need to make a claim, the forms can be found on the Resources page of Spark.
