Important Information
Float Holiday: Each team member will receive one float holiday to be used at your discretion throughout the year. Please coordinate with your manager to schedule this time off in alignment with team schedules and business priorities. Float holidays must be used by December 31, 2026.
Working on Company Holidays: We recognize that some team members may need to work on designated holidays to support our clients’ business operations. If you work on any of these company-paid holidays, you will receive an additional floater holiday in recognition of your dedication. Please coordinate the use of this earned floater with your manager.
Holiday Pay Processing: If a holiday falls on our regular pay date, we will make every effort to process payments early. However, processing times may be affected by bank schedules during holiday periods. We will communicate any potential delays in advance and appreciate your understanding.
