(US) Holiday Week Payroll Timing – Thanksgiving 2025

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, please note that our regular pay date may be delayed to Friday, November 28, 2025.
We remain committed to ensuring a timely payroll and will make every effort to process payments early so that deposits are received on our regular pay date of Thursday, 11/27/2025. However, due to various factors that can affect processing ahead of a holiday, we cannot guarantee that funds will be available before Friday.
Action Required:
To help us expedite payroll processing, please ensure that all timecard entries, corrections, and approvals are completed when you clock out after your final shift of the pay period. As a reminder, our pay periods run Sunday through Saturday.
Important Note:
If you need a timecard correction and your supervisor is unavailable, please email your correction(s) to [email protected], and cc your supervisor, no later than 11:59 PM on 11/23/2025.
