Receive up to three counseling sessions per household each year with a licensed professional. Sessions are available:

Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with support offered in more than 120 languages.

The program is completely confidential. Information shared with the EAP is not reported to Nexcess.
