(US) Additional Resources for the Upcoming Payroll Schedule Change

As a follow-up to our earlier communication about the upcoming payroll schedule change, we’re sharing additional resources to help you prepare and feel confident ahead of the transition.
Beginning January 23, 2026, we will move from a weekly payroll schedule (every Thursday) to a biweekly schedule, with paydays every other Friday. This change applies to all U.S.-based employees currently paid weekly.
We understand that adjusting financial routines takes time and planning, and we remain committed to providing the tools and guidance you need to make this transition smooth and manageable.

You can now access the 2026 Biweekly Payroll Calendar on Spark. This calendar outlines all pay dates for the year to help you plan ahead for budgeting, bill payments, and savings goals.
💡 Financial Wellness & Literacy Sessions
To support you during this transition, we’re partnering with UBS Financial Services to host a series of Financial Literacy Sessions led by certified financial educators. These sessions are open to all employees and will focus on practical strategies for managing a biweekly pay schedule.
