Your Data & Privacy

We take your data protection seriously. Rippling will act as a Data Processor on our behalf, and we confirm that we have executed appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and transfer mechanisms with Rippling to ensure your information is handled securely and in accordance with global privacy laws. Please refer to Rippling’s privacy policy on how your data may be processed by them https://app.rippling.com/legal/privacy.  

For additional information, U.S.-based employees may refer to the updated Employee Data Privacy Notice (US). International employees may refer to the existing policies applicable to their respective locations.

What’s Coming Soon

Over the coming weeks, we will begin migrating personal and employment records to the Rippling platform. You will receive a formal invitation from Rippling to set up your account once the migration is complete.

Our target implementation is Q2 2026. As we move closer, we’ll share timelines, training resources, and clear guidance to ensure a smooth transition. You’ll have plenty of support every step of the way.
