Rippling Update: Time Off Balances During Transition

As part of our transition from ADP to Rippling, we are currently in a temporary blackout period to ensure an accurate and smooth transfer of employee data.

Time Off Balances

During this period, your time off balances in Rippling may not be fully up to date. Balances will be reviewed and updated once the blackout period concludes on April 3rd.

Taking Time Off

This temporary system limitation does not affect your ability to take time off. Employees should coordinate directly with their supervisor to make requests and obtain approval for any time away from work.

Any time off entries you were unable to enter during the system blackout period can be added in Rippling after April 3rd. After this date, employees can begin documenting their time off requests as usual.

What to Expect

Once the transition is complete, all time off balances will be accurately reflected in Rippling. Our goal is to ensure all information is transferred correctly and aligned moving forward.
