Rippling Update: Pennies, Paychecks, and What’s Next

A big thanks to everyone who completed the Rippling onboarding! We know system conversions can be a distraction, and we appreciate the time you took to get it done.

If you noticed a $.01 deposit from “The People Center Inc.” in your bank account, that’s Rippling verifying your bank info to prevent delays in your pay.

‍ Contractors Corner
We’ll share more details soon about Rippling for contractors. In the meantime, check the Rippling Help Center for helpful videos and guides. March services (invoices paid in April) will follow the current process and will not be processed through Rippling.

⏰ Timekeeping Tips
Rippling timekeeping officially begins Sunday, March 15th. Until then, continue using ADP.

Remember: Time cards submitted and approved by the prescribed deadlines are crucial. Delays will prevent your pay from being processed on time. Please review the Payroll Schedule as needed.

Third-Shift & Midnight Instructions for March 14th

  • Third-shift (Sat night): Clock in/out in ADP, then clock in at midnight in Rippling and out when your shift is complete.
  • Second-shift employees clocking out after midnight: Follow the same procedure.

Benefits in Rippling
If you do not see your benefits accurately reflected in your Rippling profile just yet, there is no need for concern. We are still in the process of onboarding all benefits into the system.

Our goal is to have all benefits live and accurately displayed before the first Rippling paycheck on April 3rd.  More details will be shared soon regarding Medical, Dental, FSA, HSA, 401(k), and beneficiary elections.

No action is required yet. Thank you for your patience while we complete the setup.

Taxes, Taxes, Taxes
 It’s tax season here in the U.S., which means many of you may be meeting with your tax advisor and updating your tax withholdings. Don’t worry!  This Rippling onboarding wasn’t the only chance to set your preferences. You can update your tax withholdings anytime in Rippling. Payroll cycle timing will determine when changes take effect.
