HSA Enrollment in Rippling: Action Required by March 25
Attention Current HSA Plan Participants:
Important: We are transitioning our HSA and FSA plan services from HealthEquity to Rippling. To continue your participation and ensure there is no disruption to your contributions, you must complete your HSA enrollment in Rippling by March 25th.
What You Need to Do
Log in to Rippling and follow the instructions to enroll in your company’s HSA plan. This step is required to activate or continue your contributions.

Important Deadline Information
The HSA enrollment cutoff is the 25th of each month. For example, if you would like your HSA contributions to begin on April 1, 2026, you must complete your enrollment by March 25.
Contribution Limits Reminder
If you have contributed to an HSA earlier this year through another employer or provider, please be mindful of annual IRS contribution limits. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not exceed these limits.
New HSA Card Information
Once your HSA account is set up in Rippling, a new HSA card will be mailed to you. This card will be linked to your Rippling HSA account and will not be affiliated with your HealthEquity account. Please begin using this card for all HSA transactions once you receive it.
Optional: Managing Your HSA
While not required, Rippling provides tools to help you get more value from your HSA. You may choose to:
- Transfer your HSA funds from a previous provider to Rippling
- Open and manage an HSA investment account with Rippling Flex
